I think that is very fair. I am active at least 4 days a week so I can keep an eye out for our staff being in-active for about 1 1/2 weeks before we can demote them. comment back on this to tell me what you think about that!
also I have a message for our staff: you WILL be notified when you are demoted. So if you are out for 1 1/2 weeks without giving a reason (eg. I am grounded), you will be demoted.
